Maid Services started as a husband and wife team in 2005. We started slowly and our business grew by word of mouth and advertising. Our goal has been to provide a customized cleaning experience that is second to none.

As we have grown, we have purposefully, controlled the rate of growth so that it does not outstrip our ability to provide top quality house cleaning service. Our BBB A+ rating and customer testimonials confirm that we provide top quality house cleaning services.

What services are offered?

Recurring cleaning services are offered on a weekly, bi-weekly, and every four-week schedule. These services include dusting, vacuuming, damp moping of hard surfaced floors, and a thorough cleaning of your kitchen & bathrooms.

Deep cleaning items include all of the normal recurring items on the checklist but includes items such as baseboards, window tracks, window blinds, washing the inside of reachable windows, etc. Additional services such as cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, washing cloths, making beds can easily be incorporated into your cleaning schedule.

What we don’t do…

We cannot clean human or animal feces, vomit, or blood. Additionally, due to health issues, we are not able to clean the insides of cat litter boxes.

We stand behind our cleaning services with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If we do not clean to your satisfaction, please let us know within 48 hours of the cleaning, and we will return to make sure that it is done right.

How do I get started?

You can either submit the Estimate Request form or you can call us… Please choose whichever is most convenient. If it is a larger project or a recurring cleaning service, we typically schedule an in-home visit to give you an opportunity to ask questions and for us to custom tailor your cleaning experience. Free estimates are available over the phone, via the Estimate Request form, or in person.

Does the first cleaning take longer than recurring cleanings?

First cleanings can often involve very intensive scrubbing (especially if a home has not been recently cleaned). Typically, this takes more time than cleaning a home that has been cleaned on a recurring “maintenance level” cleaning schedule. If you desire, a “deep” cleaning can be done over a period several cleaning appointments.

What can I do to help?

When we are cleaning, we want to work as efficiently as possible. You will get the best value if the floors and counters are free of clutter. Knick-knacks take time to clean… Please let us know if we can clean those items on a rotational basis or if you need them all cleaned at one time.

Will a recurring cleanings help reduce allergy symptoms?

Animal dander & dust are primary causes for indoor allergies and asthmatic reactions. Recurring cleanings reduce the amount of dander & dust in your home and help reduce allergy symptoms.

Do I need to be home when you clean?

Whichever is most convenient. If you plan to be away, please either let us in when we arrive or provide us with a means to safely enter your home while you are away. If you are not going to be home, it is important that we have a means to lock your home when we leave.

What are your cleaning hours and days?

Our typical cleaning hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (exceptions available). We schedule cleaning appointments Monday through Friday and on weekends (at a slight higher rate).
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

How do I make payment?

Payment is due on the day of the cleaning. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks. Most clients choose the convenience of a credit or debit card.

What if you aren’t home to let us in?

We make a reminder call to each of our clients on the day prior to the cleaning. If the maid arrives and cannot gain entry to clean your home, a $50 trip fee will be charged on your credit or debit card.

What if I need to Cancel/Reschedule?

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us at 206-696-2084 prior to the scheduled appointment day to avoid this charge.

Can I receive a gift certificate?

A cleaning Gift Certificate is a wonderful birthday, anniversary, or holiday gift. Please give us a call and we will be happy to send you a PDF Gift Certificate.
